Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

It’s already the middle of the week – What !!!!!

Yesterday I had the fabulous opportunity to visit one of Toronto’s best Spas. Very Lucky Cat. In My last post I talked about the gorgeous products I received from Pure + Simple. Today I have a video that I filmed when I Visited and It came out beautifully.

Pure + Simple

I met the ever so sweet team at the Yorkville Location and the brilliant founder Jean Eng. Talk about a Dynamo!  In This video she discusses Natural Skincare, How she founded Her company in 2000 and so much more. This is why the video is about 20 minutes long- I could of stayed there all day!

I did film on my iPhone so bear with me as I did my best! Vid Camera will be on It’s way very soon.

I so Loved yesterday as I learned so very much about the science of Beauty, Ayurveda and got a glimpse into The heart and soul of a skincare expert: Jean Eng.

I received the most beautiful BB cream, From their line of natural makeup and a fabulous book that i can’t wait to get into.

          1. Hi le C! xoxoxoxo I am up late/early! Lol! I haven’t been able to sleep because of pain :-/ So I thought I would finally catch up on my comments and blog posts while I’m awake for a bit. I hadn’t been on here all day at all yesterday! It was a rough day!
            Do you take Yoga classes or do you just practice yourself? I’ve thought about watching some YouTube videos and trying it out for beginners. 😀

              1. Thank you so much Cat! It has not been fun at all! I just have to try to make it through the weekend till I see my doctor on Monday. I will be okay. I’m a tough one! 😉 I will be doing some YouTube watching tonight and will check out the video you sent me in your email.
