Hi again !!!!

So, as many of You know – I recently moved and am keeping my place as minimalist as possible – It’s super invigorating to have space and to let go of stuff!

NUWORLD Botanicals recently sent me the most amazing Diffuser- perfect timing !

They are a Canadian company and I have written about them before

I have never had a diffuser like this and so super thrilled as it’s pretty much on all the time when I am home.

The Jasmine Aroma Diffuser is amazing and sits right by my bed.

So beautiful and easy to use – Add water and the Every day Zen Oil that You want and TADA !!!

Here are the oils and their properties

Hot Yoga – A balancing blend of Black Pepper oil, Lemon Oil and Sandalwood essential oil. Helps to relieve stress, promote balance and harmony. –

Perfect for my morning yoga!

Happy Vibes – A cheerful blend of Grapefruit essential oil, Sweet Orange oil and Lime essential oil. Helps uplift spirits and rejuvenate the soul. –

Loving the sweet orange – definitely a boosting one

Eucalyptus Steam- A purifying blend of Eucalyptus essential oil, Rosemary oil and Peppermint oil. Helps support a healthy immune system. –

This is the one I sleep with on – This is my favourite blend! Maybe I was a koala in a past life ! ha

Peace of Mind -A calming blend of Lavender oil, Chamomile oil and Rosewood essential oil. Helps to promote peace and tranquility in your busy life. –

Now this one is super interesting as I find it really makes me fall asleep so quickly !

Get Your Om On– A meditative blend of Frankincense oil, Ylang Ylang oil and Patchouli essential oil. Helps enhance your meditation and yoga practice.-

This one I use for daily meditation

I have been meditating for a long time but never had a diffuser so this totally aids in clarity and the depth that I can reach
