Today I have some reviews on Nip+Fab’s Body Care Line.

I had tried and reviewed some of their skincare last year and I really liked it.

Their Kale Fix range which You can read about Here.

So Onto the Body care which I have been using for about 2 weeks.

First of all Body Slim Fix 

which I posted a mini review on Instagram a few days ago

Out of the 4 products I received – This is my favourite.

Why I like it

It has a botanical scent and is not overpowering in the least.

I do love Fragranced Creams and Body lotions but I like them to match the fragrance I am wearing.

It sinks in quickly and has no sticky factor.

After Exfoliating in the shower with a dry brush: I massage this in circular motions all over.

The Caffeine – from the green coffee is what makes skin more toned and tight.

I have noticed results…

I do not go to a gym and am pretty slim to begin with  but I do have a home yoga routine that I am pretty serious about.

I feel that in conjunction with exercise this is great product.

THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT!

I believe that the human form is beautiful and would never write about “weight loss”.

How I use it

The Only place I have cellulite is right below my – for lack of better words- Derriere …

So I use it there.

It has caffeine and Indian forskolin

“Forskolin is widely-known as a natural activator, controller and regulator of adenylate cyclase  (an enzyme related to multiple beneficial lipid metabolism and glycogen functions) which is an important enzyme that stimulates production of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).”

I had never heard of that before!

Basically It tightens and reduces the appearance of “orange peel skin” and yes it works .

I was quite surprised actually!

The scent is a bit too much at first, but slowly fades away.

Would I recommend it?

yes !

If You have areas you would like to target this is a very good product.

Again – These are not weight loss products …

These work with proper nutrition and exercise.

Obviously I do not do Before and After photos …..

My experience with this product

First of all I am a Mom and had my son 12 years ago via C section.

He was quite large and again I am tall but I am thin.

Whilst my C section incision was healing, I used Arnica Montana which is one of my favourite Homeopathic remedies and helps tremendously with bruising and scarring.

12 years later -only a fine white line exists-

This and A very tall 12 year old ! ha !

My stomach is flat because I do a lot of plank work – Yoga

So I may not be the best candidate to to give you a full throttle opinion on this product.

I am having so much fun with these products.

In Canada I have recently seen them emerge at Shopper’s Drug Mart .

Nip+Fab’s range is Cruelty free

Most of it is Vegan friendly

They do list the products that are NOT Vegan Friendly on their website which I appreciate .

I really Like Nip+ Fab and find they are modern and fun with a really affordable price point.
