Hello Loves !!!!!
I’m Very much still on my journey with Soul 7 and it’s almost been two weeks since I stepped foot into this new path.
I’ve experienced so many of the treatments they offer.
They filmed more yesterday – So once the edit they are working on is up, I will definitely share it here.
The Quote that comes to mind today is that of Gandhi’s Beautiful Teachings
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
Harmony is the key word here. An other word that comes to heart is alignment.
When I think of the word alignment, I always think of stars. The real definition of the word – non poetic ..
“The Position that something is in when it is straight or in the correct place in relation to other things.”
That “Something” is me right now.
That feeling of being – Yes – Being in the perfect place at the perfect time is highly prevalent these days.
The feeling of Well being of heart, mind, soul and body are now Cohesive.
How can I explain it further?
Well, Before embarking on this journey -one of the aspects of myself was always just a bit misaligned.
I always have a positive attitude but In all honesty that is not enough. I used to think it was and my energy levels were all over the place.
Now through reflection this is what I notice.
I know when it’s time to rest.
I know when it’s time to create.
I Now Know that my energy levels are best in the early morning.
My circadian rhythms are better
“Circadian rhythms are physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a daily cycle. They respond primarily to light and darkness in an organism’s environment. Sleeping at night and being awake during the day is an example of a light-related circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythms are found in most living things, including animals, plants, and many tiny microbes. The study of circadian rhythms is called chronobiology.”
My body feels deep comfort during sleep.
I had not experienced this before.
Sleep for me was just a Thing I needed to do.
Now there is a whole new ritual that I have created for myself before bed and that is they key, I believe.
Health and Wellbeing are PARAMOUNT and I firmly believe that how we approach our own personal path is also key.
Follow Your Heart
Quiet The Mind
Listen To Your Body
And the Most Important is of course Be Good To YOURSELF!
