Gimme Red

Of course my second post would be on Red Lipcolour.

Truly the colour that makes the biggest statement.

My best friends Know me very well and always find reds for me.

As a fair skinned Blonde, Red always packs a punch.

It’s a Marilyn thing – My Favourite Beauty Icon.

I love her and always will.

So Let’s get into it.

Infrared by Smashbox is my true fave.  A True Red from their “Be Legendary” collection. It’s Got Shea Butter to moisturize and protect and Vitamins A and C.

It’s a Matte Finish and I love it for Day or Evening. One swipe and It lasts and lasts – because of the moisturizing Shea.

It’s a Great Buy, and Smashbox never disappoints.

The colour in the middle is Rimmel London – Diva red – From the Moisture Renew  Line.  This one is more of a Blue red.  Almost like the colour of a deep red rose when it Opens.  It’s silky and offers very similar ingredients as the Smashbox Lip Colour. With Vitamin A and C, and again with Shea Butter.  This one is Great when I’m extra pale – Hello Winter – Hello Right Now. . I think it looks best on cool skin tones.

Finally, well never Finally – because my love of lipstick will never end …

The Pencil shown above is NARS – Cruella  – Yes like the character in “101 Dalmatians”!

I got This one for my birthday this month and I do Love it.  It’s from Francois Nars’s Velvet Matte Pencil line and it’s great for that perfect application.  It’s enriched with Vitamin E and is a great Jumbo pencil. Everything NARS does Turns to Gold. I Love His Blushes and will get into That another day.

Personally,  I like my lips to look bee stung so I don’t line much- But i do love this one.
