The Benefits of Not Wearing Makeup & Focusing on Skincare

HI HI!

So since my birthday -I have worn makeup 4 times. My birthday was on the 15th of February.

GASP!

I am excluding lipstick from this because I ALWAYS WEAR LIPSTICK.

I’ve started (early) normal Cat Fashion – On a skincare challenge.

This is the #Ceramide2WeekChallenge from Elizabeth Arden

I just turned 45 and really want to make improvements in my skin and I am so excited because

I can already see change.

So why am I wearing almost nothing on my face?

I AM LETTING MY SKIN BREATHE – YES!

I am using the whole Ceramide Line & nothing else

I started using all this luxurious skincare last weekend.

If you have been reading my blog for a while- you will understand my enthusiasm!

So in relaxing on the makeup for a while.

I can already tell – Good things are happening to my skin!

If I have an event to go to or a special occasion I will be wearing makeup but I want to see the difference full on.

My challenge Officially Starts March 1st and lasts 2 weeks.

It ends the 14th with a Giveaway in between – so Watch this space !

I have upped my water intake

I am upping my sleep

I am not Giving away any spoilers – as per reviews yet….

I am just saying I AM EXCITED ALREADY!

So stick around if You like result oriented skincare… Ok that is a bit of a spoiler!!!!

All love

Cat

  1. Awesome! Can’t wait to see your results at the end of the 2 weeks. Water and sleep is so vital to healthier looking skin in conjunction with amazing products as well.

  2. This is such a good initiative! i try to let my skin breathe for about 3 days a week.
I am excited to know your full thoughts 🙂
