Luxury From GIVENCHY – Mylipaddiction.com

Hello Beauties !

Some Gorgeousness from GIVENCHY today.

Let’s start with the lip products – Big surprise!

LE ROUGE PERFECTO

Beautifying Lip Balm

01

Perfect Pink

What it is:
A three-in-one plumping, moisturizing, and color-boosting balm encased in pink genuine leather.

What it does:
Le Rouge Perfecto is the ideal three-in-one balm to create lovely, glowy lips. Lips appear suppler, softer, and fuller upon application, and their natural color is subtly heightened—it’s the perfect nude. This balm naturally reacts with the Ph of your skin and provides an easy-to-wear beauty ally that gives your look the finishing touch. The balm comes encased in a gorgeous light pink genuine leather sheath, making it the perfect beauty accessory.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
– Paraben

My Thoughts

Plumps without tingling. Gives a My Lips but better glow. The packaging is out of this world beautiful and is definitely luxe. Their lip products have weight to them and I love that. I’ve tried it two different ways- On its own and under lipstick. Love it both ways.

Le Rouge Lipstick

 304

Mandarine Boléro

Satin Finish

What it is:
A lipstick, in matte and satin finishes, that’s encased in genuine leather.

What it does:
Enjoy perfectly defined lips that last as long as you do—and a genuine leather goods item. This lipstick-as-accessory delivers intense colors and a semimatte finish all in one stroke, and as the first lipstick to come in real leather, it imparts a soft, supple touch and sensual feeling.

My Thoughts

Definitely an On point shade for Spring 2018. Bright & Warm.  The pigmentation is amazing and lasts about 4 hours. It leaves a lovely stain on the lips which i love. And again the PACKAGING !!!!!! Beautiful.

Here are the lip products swatched in Natural Light

And last but not least!

Prisme Libre Loose Powder

 Mousseline Pastel

What it is:
A made-to-measure, color-correcting loose powder that features four harmonious shades that tailor to the skin for a smooth, matte finish.

What it does:
Prisme Libre Loose Powder features a fusion of four complimentary, complexion refining shades that together, create a natural, unified, enhanced finish. The color combination evens out skintone, and radiance is instantly boosted while shine remains under the utmost control. Upon application, imperfections appear diminished and skin is more even and porcelain in nature, with a lasting, radiant, matte finish. Shake to blend all of the shades together and apply with a powder brush in a buffing motion to even out the skin and add natural radiance or apply to specific areas of the face to mattify and add highlights. You can also use it as a finishing and setting powder.

My Thoughts

This is one of the most beautifully scented Loose powders I have ever tried. It’s Floral but very delicate. On the face this gives a bit of an ethereal Glow, whilst still staying Matte. Out of the three products sent, this is probably my least favourite as I find it a bit too light.

They do have other colour combinations

Taffetas Beige: Imparts a natural-looking, opal effect
Organza Caramel: Features a tanned effect
Satin Blanc: Provides a soft, illuminated glow
Voile Rosé: Gives a radiant effect

I think I would do best with Organza Caramel or Voila Rosé

Have You Tried any of these gorgeous Products from GIVENCHY?

  1. I’ve been so curious to try the Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder! People rave about it and I think a container would last ages! But, I have like, 3 loose powders to use up so I should probably wait! 😉

    1. You must try it though~~~ It is super fine and makes the skin feels extra silky~~~ The thing is HUGE and never hit pan wahaha I can’t use it in winter though. I have mentioned this powder in my Holy Grail.

If you’re siding more on NC20 now, best is probably Mousseline Pastel. The Rose one has a beautiful tone, but when you’re more NC20 or paler, it is a bit too “blush” looking in my opinion. If you’re into that “drunk/hangover J-beauty” look, the rose is the best one for setting under eye.

That Beige one is WAY dark and it pulls red on me >_< I reckon if I was closer to NC30/NW25 it would have worked out better.

I have a love hate relationship with the packaging because I am clumsy. Anyways, try it out at the store 😀 and be strong~ don't buy~~ you have 3 loose powder waiting for you at home 😉

      1. Thanks for the shade recommendations Joyce! I’m probably leaning toward the Mousseline Paste shade! It’s on my list to try at the store… if I like it, I will reserve it until the Autumn VIB sale when it’s 20% off. 😛 I just opened the By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Powder which is quite nice.
