Farmacy Beauty- Honey Potion – A Review –

Hey BeYouties!

Hope You all had a relaxing weekend!  Today I am reviewing a Gorgeous face mask that Yes – spoiler alert – I am in love with.

FARMACY BEAUTY’S Honey Potion Renewing antioxidant hydration mask

FARMACY FHASE? No I don’t think it is ….. Definitely, permanently in my life.

I have tried this mask 3 x in one week and it is quite an experience.

From Their Website

An intensely moisturizing combination of honey (a natural humectant used since ancient times), propolis (a healing antiseptic found in beehives) and amino acid-rich royal jelly, it enhances skin renewal for a younger appearance.

This super hydrating mask with natural honey sugars is rich in amino acids and essential B vitamins.

It gently warms and transforms into a rich cream as it’s massaged into the face, soothing and revitalizing the skin.

The ingenious magnetic spatula attaches to the top so you’ll never lose it.

Straight out – this is one of my favourite products from 2016

First of all, the packaging is genius really. In Opening this, there is a certain origami feel. The box unfolds and the honeycomb design is pure art .

I had to snap it because Yes – Beauty is Art!

The little spatula is really lovely and adds another dimension of design to this mask .

You can’t lose it! Hello Magnet power! How many times have I lost spatulas …….. Many ….

My favourite way to use this mask is whilst in the bath ….

Let me tell you why…..

This Mask is warming and totally aromatherapeutic.  It’s not marketed as such but it should be.

I love my tub time. In the Fall and winter I take a hot bath every night.

Again,  from their website

First cleanse and tone the skin then use the spatula to scoop the mask and spread a thick layer gently across the face from forehead to chin (avoiding direct contact with eye and lip areas).

Massage for 1-2 minutes while it warms and transforms into a white cream. Leave on for 10-15 minutes then rinse off. Follow with your favorite Farmacy day or night treatment.

So before I get in the tub, I wash my face and then apply a thick layer – avoiding eye and lip areas.

Check out the texture and consistency of this ! farmacy beauty honey potion

crazy about the design !

I then jump in the tub and let the mask work its wonders. The heat of the water and warming of the mask is amazing together.

I then massage it in circular motions and let it sit for 10 minutes.

I can feel my pores open up and grab all the amazing ingredients.

GreenEnvy™ honey is full of potent natural antioxidants and is made only by bees that live on our farm and pollinate the Echinacea GreenEnvy™ flowers.

A unique patent-protected variant of Echinacea Purpurea, GreenEnvy™ contains the highest known concentration of the phytochemical Cichoric Acid, a potent natural antioxidant, which heightens the hydrating and purifying benefits of honey.

Glycerin acts as a natural humectant, helping attract moisture to the skin and providing hydrating effects for a moist, supple skin surface.

Final thoughts …

Dearest Farmacy You have created a genius product. After I have washed off the mask my skin is glowy and ready to absorb at its full potential.

The Scent is amazing and again, Using it in the tub makes it an even more luxurious experience.

My face is supple and smooth and just wowy.

It’s a decadent mask – Understatement….

I will be using it three times a week in the evening and yes – I will purchase this after …..

$56.00 USD  for 4.1 oz | 117 g

If I am doing my math correctly – ha ! This means that this will last me about 3 months.

From design to ingredients to experience!  I more than highly recommend .

I have sensitive skin and no redness -just Glow!

5 out of 5!

Available on their website, Sephora and QVC.…….

Seriously Good!

Thanks for dropping by loves- I am scaling down the blogging a bit and enjoying Fall in Toronto before Winter comes!  It’s so important to to really enjoy every nanosecond …… Go see Stashy – She Knows …. See You soon xo

  1. This sound divine. I really am curious about this now! When you say it’s aromatic, what’s the smell like? Honey? 😮 😀
    And a magnetic spatula – GENIUS! ❤

    1. You see what i mean about the design ? xxxx ❤ the scent is gentle – but if you sit in HOT WATER – it's mega magical – they weren't kidding – POTION …. come oN – that's SERIOUS MAGIC ….. the warming with hot water – truly stashy …. i dunno how else to describe it …….. poetry for a face mask ………. ❤ ❤ ❤

  2. This looks and sounds amazing. Unfortunately my skin doesn’t react kind to honey and tends to stay oily for days. I may just give it a try since it’s a wash off mask it may work! Great review!!

  3. I got a deluxe mini of this at Sephora, but I’m going to include it in a giveaway I’m putting together. I don’t like masks that give off a warming sensation (last couple I’ve tried felt more like a burning sensation than warming). Just not my cuppa.

  4. I’m going through a huge mask moment right now and wanted to pick up a hydrating one. I trust your judgement so I’m ordering it from Sephora! It’s so perfect that the spatula is magnetic. That’s freaking genius!! Thanks also for the massaging into face tip. I’ll definitely do that to get the most out of it. xx
