Hiya Hiya!

To say that February was an intense month is an understatement!

February was all about Moments and Experiences and I love that.

My Birthday which was on the 15th – seemed to last all month and the love I received in letters and messages just blew my mind.

I spent a ton of my birthday in happy tears!

Birthdays are not about “things” and never have been for me.

I can get into February favourite “things” another time.

Birthdays are about celebrating life – the people in your life – what you have achieved – How you have made people feel ….LIFE all of it!

I celebrate life each day to the fullest and this year I was truly amazed at what felt like a love boomerang …

Does this make sense ?

To me it does….

When Love is sent it is immediately received.

That’s what my birthday felt like..

Imagine throwing a Boomerang – receiving it and sending that feeling right back …

Maybe I do have a bit of a utopian heart but I do believe that Love is a an action –

A Verb.

I don’t think I have ever Not thought that way ….

I know – double negative! 🙂

 

This was my fave Birthday to date because I truly grew up ….

I integrated all parts of who I am – artistically – creatively

All of it

Heart+ Body + Mind + Soul

I have been eating all kinds of CAKE for a month now

it’s definitely my fave food group!

Blog wise – I learned that Hey I work for me ….

Between My Birthday, Family birthdays and intense renos in my place

There wasn’t much space or time to write.

In 2016 I had put a ton of pressure on myself to get posts out quickly…

February just reinforced that when I write – I want to write well!

This is the only Agenda I have or “rule” I have re- Blogging.

For example …

After I visited The Lip Lab in Toronto I was extremely inspired and wrote all about my experience a few hours after I returned from Visiting.

I did not Have to but I wanted to.

The key here for me is writing whilst I am inspired.

Truth be told I am a Very exuberant human being – wink!

And Managing my energy has become even more Paramount …

I embraced the full on Beauty nerd that I am and always have been !

February was a Huge month for me – from the inside out and I very much look forward to March and again walking to the beat of my own drum …

  1. Aw so great to read this! Yes, it’s not about STUFF. The whole notion of Karma is at work here! It all definitely comes back – whatever you give out to the universe. 🙂 I’m so glad you’re reaping what you sowed – it’s BLOOMING in your garden! 😉

  9. I love and totally agree that one should write when inspired! The best work always comes from it and readers can always feel the energy transfer as they read your words. Having been a reader of blogs for YEARS, I can totally tell when a writer is just writing for the sake of writing. It’s crazy how the transfer of energy works, eh?

    Love IS a verb. You are an example of it and the best kind of love is always a verb. Give and you shall receive. I’m so happy you truly and genuinely enjoyed your birthday. Happy blogaversary!!! I can’t wait to see where else this crazy journey brings you. Keep writing from the soul 😉 xx
