Happy Sunday Beauties!

Last Day of January – Woohoo – Bring on February! It felt like a very long month – mostly because of the weather. I was much more of a minimalist this month. That’s a result of the massive organizing I did.

February is going to be exciting ! I got picked to go to Dave Lackie’s Chloe Love Story event and that is Going to be so much fun. This is a month filled with Family birthdays . Yesterday, we celebrated my sister’s birthday and it was lovely ! So Much Cake!  Valentine’s Day on the 14th, my birthday on the 15th and my Dad’s on the 17th! So many special Days in February ! And – almost forgot – MyLipaddiction.com turns 1 on the 28th !!! I will be hosting my own giveaway – ALL LIPS – so Stay tuned !

Let’s get into The products I reached for the most.

I treated myself to two amazing lipsticks and honestly their formulation is like NO OTHER.

I am really done with the matte lip – Really done.  I want soft. I want a creamy texture and these 2 are perfect. I had one or two shades before, but this time – These just feel so much more luxurious on the lips.

 YSL ROUGE VOLUPTÉ

I think I know what I want for my Birthday ! Wink! First of all the packaging is GORGEOUS.  I am also DONE with the Darker tones, so I picked #7 Lingerie Pink and #32 Coral Jalouse. 

Here they are Swatched. You only need one swipe of colour and the finish is so smooth and pigmented. In Love!

I would recommend using a liner beforehand as they can slip and slide. These are not extremely long wearing. About 3 hours. To me that doesn’t matter, because of the feeling of silk and hydration on the lips. They are weighty in price but totally worth it.

See What I mean by Minimalist !

Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate  which I have written so many times – YES love love love and now cannot live without ! ha – Why ? Because since I *received it in December. I have noticed that my skin has become stronger and able to withstand the elements in a dramatic way!

As A night time sleeping mask I have been using Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask . I love the scent and How my skin looks more supple in the morning.I *received a tiny size so I will definitely be picking up the full size.

For Hair – Something that I have fallen in love with is Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil. I got myself the travel size about a month ago and I use it after washing and conditioning and usually I let my hair air dry. It Creates a shield against the elements and on my naturally crazy hair it leaves a soft tousled wave. I really love it. When It comes to Hair, I  am not crazy about too much product. This is one that I have Fallen in love with.  It’s written up as a Primer for the hair and I totally get it. I am definitely going to be trying out more Bumble & Bumble.

 

Lush’s lemony Flutter has saved my hands – Not only my cuticles. I am almost done with this tiny container. Perfect as an all over hand cream at night – It’s got the perfect scent. More Lush to come for sure.

And lastly a really light perfume that I *received when I was doing my foolproof blend for Demeter.  Hello Sunshine!!!!!!! No No – It’s Called Sunshine ! ha 🙂 It’s bright and happy and a great pick me up in the winter months. I really have been enjoying it !
