Happy Tuesday!

I wrote that I was Going to write about my skincare routine last week as it has improved a ton and I am finally happy with a regimen that works for me!

Today I am focusing on Night.  My Nighttime skincare routine is one of my favourite parts of the day.  I think I have found the formula that works for me right now. Obviously as Beauty bloggers we try and test so much product and what works for me is highly personal. I have sensitive skin that burns quickly.  I am a natural blonde with blue eyes so what works for me may not work for You.  Let’s Get into it. This has taken so much time to refine and my skin now feels very nourished when I wake up in the morning.

This routine will be good until we get into cold temperatures!

FARMACY NEW DAY Gentle Exfoliating grains – I have written about this product at length and I have finally found the most gentle exfoliating product.  No Irritation, no tightness. Just a fresh face.

On some nights I do a double cleanse. If It has been a very hot day or a day that I have worn more makeup than usual, I would then use Bella Aura’s Gentle Purifying Cleanser alongside the Exfoliating Grains.  This is such a gentle and effective cleanser/ emulsion. Created for all skin types and If I don’t exfoliate that night I would use this on its own.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II

I have been using this since March and I am addicted. Thankfully I received another bottle of this at the #LauderLoves Canada Event hosted by Dave Lackie. It’s a potent serum and noted as one of the most loved serums in the World. This has improved the texture of my skin and will be in my skincare routine until Lauder comes up with a new formula. I adore it that much. I am crazy about this and this is one of the top reasons I love Estée Lauder.

Bella Aura Night Cellular Renewal 

I like to layer this on top of the serum and I gentle press it into my forehead, cheeks and chin.

I find the combination of Lauder and Bella Aura really works for me.

For around the eyes I use Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye. This was also Gifted to me at #LauderLovesCanada and has a great consistency. It’s a gel cream that sinks in smoothy and does not feel sticky or tacky. One of my biggest pet peeves – eye product wise is having a sticky under eye. This sinks in upon application and is ok for the most sensitive skin – Mine !

Lastly

Mario Badescu Seaweed Night cream which I got for my birthday.

My skin does Really well with all things oceanic. This cream is thick and almost has the consistency of a mask. It’s the only Mario product I have kept up with and a little goes a long way. I would only recommend this for those with dry or normal skin.  His Website says otherwise but I think it may be too rich for oily skin.  Just my opinion !

It feels really good to have a nighttime routine that I can stick with and offers my skin all that it needs.

  2. I’m serious. Whatever you’re using is doing wonders for your skin – airbrushed looking! Maybe it’s that EL Advanced Night Repair! I’ve heard that stuff is magical.

      1. Yes that’s what I was wearing still on Sunday. Sunday nights are my pampering / mani / pedi time!
        You could put the stickers on your phone case haha! 😛

  4. Ooooh I love a good gentle exfoliator – I have to be super careful with facial scrubs too, otherwise I end up with broken capillaries 😔.
